Red Bank, New Jersey: TGI Solar Power Group (PINKSHEETS: TSPG) has entered into strategic alliance agreement with Italian company Prime Solar. "We are very pleased to be working with TGI Solar Power Group," said Raoul Derito, VP of Operations for Prime Solar.
"We are looking forward to supporting TGI's existing projects, as well as working to identify new opportunities in sustainable energy. Prime Solar is a solar energy contractor and solar general building contractor. Prime Solar specializes in the creation and installation of custom-designed residential and commercial solar electric power, solar heating, and wind energy systems. TGI Solar provides manufacturing equipment and turnkey manufacturing solutions to the photovoltaic industry.
